Marital Passmark

Marital Passmark
It's good to remind ourselves that pass mark in marriage isn't achieved just by marrying a God given wife or husband. Yes, marrying a God given spouse is foundation for a successful life and marriage but it never excludes the obedience required of us towards God concerning day to day living with each other and our children.
Three-fold cord that can't be broken includes the couple and God. Maintaining that relationship with one another and then with God is paramount.  When we despise the relationship with God we open up that empty space for other spirits to occupy or usurp, which was what happened with Adam and Eve, they excluded God and Satan took the space and messed up their generations. We must put God first place in our homes, he must be the head of the family and a permanent resident in the family. He is the Head, Jesus Christ the assistant before the man and his wife...we must give Him and His Son their places and preeminence. His principles and not our cultural preferences should be exalted and daily followed. He should be the one we first report issues to and not our earthly parents, we should maintain oneness just as He is one with His Son, we should live with each other in perfect oneness just as The Father and The Son are one. Just as Jesus Christ is the head of the church husbands must be such a head to their wives. He laid down His life for the church and so must husbands be, He won't ever lay a charge against the church and He would forgive quickly and as incompatible as we are He makes us qualified to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light...we must lear to follow His principles in the way we run our marriages and so we can continue in that spirit that helped us to choose right in the first place. It's good we constantly remind ourselves these things and so strengthen and encourage ourselves in righteousness!

Why This Friday is Good!

Thursday was moody and Friday good and then Easter was made Sunday, the day of the firstfruit of the resurrection.
Why is this Friday good? On that faithful day, Jesus, the Son of God sent into the world to save mankind that has been lost to its Creator was crucified. He was executed not for His own sin but for the sin of the whole world and mankind.
He came into the world as prophesied but not as expected. The Jews expected a physical revolutionary, a warrior who will deliver them from a physical situation, but God had in mind dealing with the spiritual root of our earthly problems instead. He sent One who will confront the ultimate enemy and settle the situation eternally. But that wasn't the expectation and so they wouldn't believe. Their unbelieving triggered hatred and so their princes and priests influencing the Roman governors slew Him.
He was arrested and punished for non existent offenses and was rejected and condemned to death instead of another who was a deserving criminal. But all for a purpose because without the shedding of blood there won't be a remission of sins. And not any blood but uncontaminated blood. Can't be of bulls and of goats but of mankind. Yet mankind's blood has been polluted by the forbidden fruit, it then has to be one unconnected to Adam whose blood must be shed to pay for mankind's sins. That puts God, who has no options than to do it Himself, to make a new body with new blood that won't mix with the blood of mankind already polluted. So make the body and implant it in the womb of a virgin to feed till given birth to. That's why the blood of foetus wasn't designed to mix with that of the mother. So Mary had to carry the new Adam with a new blood clean like that of the lamb of sacrifice. He is the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the whole world. That is the reason for the virgin birth.
And when the time came for the seed of the woman to crush the head of the serpent, the serpent too must bruise His heel. All thay happened till that Friday was the bruises of the serpent and crushing of it's head.
And so He bruises the head of the serpent so hard that He spoilt principalities and powers, making an open shew of them and triumphing over them in it. If they had known the result of the battle that created good Friday they won't have crucified the Lord of glory. They didn't and so they shed His blood that redeemed mankind from their hold, they didn't and so they made of his flesh stripes that healed us and took away the world's sicknesses and diseases. They took chastised Him to bring peace to us, and killed the young lamb for the longevity of mankind, in the process all His earthly possessions were looted and not even a piece of clothing was left on His back, that which couldn't be shredded and shared, lots were cast on to determine who would have it and he was made poor to the point of nakedness, hunger and such thirsts that couldn't find ordinary water but vinegar to quench; He was made poor so that we might be rich. He bore the shame in its height and maximum form so that we can have that glory that 'excelleth'.
He allowed them, and they wondered why, saying 'You saved others why not save yourself?' Physician heal now thyself, they didn't know He was healing us all. It was a matter of course to forgive the people enjoying the show because the whole sacrifice was for forgiveness.
He left them to do whatever they felt they could do, He.was their powerless prey and game they were the triumphant hunters yet the thoughtful amongst them wondered, 'Isn't this the man who did such incredible miracles, proving He was the Son of God?' That curiosity almost killed the cat when they told Him but.you called yourself the Son of God?' He knew what He was doing. But not as a masochist who wouldn't recognise pain or a suicide bomber who took pleasue in unttimely death, He had to endure only for the joy set before Him and was reminded of the throne a few days ahead by the crown of thorns and the inscription upon his cross. He endured and at a point the experience got to Him, afterall He was man too, partaking of man's flesh and body for the reason of that Friday's death. The experience got to Him, the sin He carried got to Him having never sinned, the separation from His Father got to Him, a thing He had never experienced since eternity in the bossom of the Father, He cried out for it, though it was part of the plan from the foundation of the world...'My Father, My Father why hast thou forsaken me?' The Father didn't say a word, He too was experiencing that for the first time but it would still be over. The price for the salvation of this project would soon be paid and He would soon set out to paradise to set free those whose consciences and laws had helped in times past to live for God and wait for their salvation. He would soon lead them triumphantly out of the bondage of paradise to the new tabernacle in heaven to be with Christ on Sunday. So the Father let it be.
And so on it went on that Friday on the tree where He was fulfilling a curse for us all and trading it for the blessing of Abraham through Christ. He was giving birth to the Gentiles and paying for their place in the inheritance and lineage. Cursed is anyone who hung on a tree and so was made a curse for us to bring in the blessing. I can now call Abraham my Father and claim the benefit of the blessing that had been released for every family in the world which the Jew/Gentile dichotomy has kept away since Genesis. So He hung up there waiting and enduring till that very moment of completion. When the old will give way to the newly purchased, when the price would have been paid and credited to the recipient's account, He awaited the alert in the connection of His heart to the heavenly courts of justice and the wait was as if it will be forever. He waited for the moment when the way to the Holy of Holy will be made open to all and sundry, great and small, Levites and laymen, Jews and Gentiles, men and women, young and old, lame or whole, noble or base; a liberty long longed for!
But the moment finally came and the alert sounded like an alarm, this dark Friday has become good as He shouted 'IT IS FINISHED!' The innumerable company of angels waiting since eternity couldn't hold themselves. The battle with a third of them led by the archangel, Lucifer is finally won and his reign over the exalted project of God is finally over. The exchange is done the price is paid and it is finished. Instantly they moved into action, the first point of call was the temple, a horrible testimony of the separation between man and God through that curtain that won't even permit even the innocent air to move from the holy place to the holy of holies and would keep even the highest priest out except for a day in a year and that at a high risk of not coming out; the iron curtain, none of the prophets ever entered in, no king, even the sweet psalmist of Israel, the man after God's heart and the only king who wore the ephod would not ever dare to go near, it was the Holiest of all, lit only by the shekina glory of God. But all that waited till that faithful and good Friday, today in history that changed the world and reunite man with His God. Instantly after the announcement of the Head of all angelic principalities and powers, the angels swooped upon the temple and the curtain as high as it was with man and as thick as it was like a wall was torn from top to bottom and the secret of generatons was laid bare just as the secret of men's heart shall be laid out on the very last day.
With earth shaking visit and their multitudes covering the Sun to cast darkness upon the earth the angelic extraterrestrial aliens stormed the world rejoicing the completion of the second part of this redemptive project that started in the garden.
There the moody Thursday in the garden of Gethsemane was turned to a good Friday of total exchange of man's depravity with the joy of redemption and salvation. And who won't rejoice!
They knew that the sprinkling of the heavenly inner chambers with the freshly shed blood by the new crowned High Priest would now be mere formality, the deed is already done! And the sacrifice is already accepted and the resurrection now becomes compulsory only for the waiting. The Father too waits.
So early Sunday morning He rose in transit but just the first physical part, permitted Mary Magdalene to see but not to touch because the first ascension was yet to happen, He was on His way to sprinkle His own blood as our forerunner in the heavenly Holy of Holies, nobody should touch Him now. But the resurrection is done, the powers against the plan defeated once more, remaining one more time. The Father has released the prepared force to do so by the power of the Holy Spirit, quickening His body and healing off the pains and enduing the flesh no more with blood but with His own glory. The New glorified body has gone on its first exploration, someday everyone will have that and they'll not be limited anymore by the forces of nature, they can then physically travel between the physical and the spiritual through the new improved redeemed and glorified universal indestructible suit. It eventually took its flight with Christ at the final ascension to the right hand of the Father and no power was able to stop Him, all of them having made His footstool. There He waits as our new High Priest after the order of Melchisedec, and endless priesthood for our sake. Now He can save us to the uttermost being ever alive to make intercession for us based on the finished work as we identify and see ourselves in the suffering, death, resurrection, ascension and enthronement of the Christ. It's all for you and I, it isn't for nothing but for love from the heart of the Father to us all through His Son!
Let's join the hosts of heaven this weekend to celebrate and appropriate through faith all that the Father, His Son and His Holy Spirit has done in our redemption.  Happy Easter from the family and yours sincere servant!
It's Good Friday! Good morning!  Share this and keep visiting evansademanuel.blogspot.com and let's know you came!

Faith Talk1

Faith Talk1
I opened up my thinking thing today and I thought of faith and the power we release when we believe. Even if the direction of our faith is in things without any potency yet our faith won't leave us without an effect. Faith is a life and death issue, whatever you believe in either kills or makes you live. The just shall live by faith but what happens to him without it? When I get convinced, I lose control to the object of my faith. The assurance I have enslaves me and it had better been the truth. My faith responds to what I perceive as truth. The truth then must be able to show power and strength because my faith demands I rest unconsciously with the assurance that I'll be sustained. If I believe in a lie, even if the whole word agrees with me, I fall. Though once I believe in the lie I argue in its favor and I 'win' the argument depending on my eloquence and the skills of my competitors. If I win people clap but will my faith pass the test of productivity? Will it sustain in the face of trouble? Yet if I don't believe I wont be established because faith saves from the tossing of the storms of life and the instability earns no one nothing. The world has arrived here because of faith. Many wonder how we got here but it has been by faith. Faith in our inborn abilities. Faith in the purposes of God for us, knowingly or unknowingly, faith in the gifts of God in our lives and what those potentials can accomplish. When we leave off faith we lose the power of mobility and even the smallest of chores becomes an impossibility. Reasons rise to handicap us and only those who believe move on even if physically handicapped. So faith makes up for physical losses. It gives hands where they've been chopped off, it sees with blind eyes and raises from the dead. Faith finds ways and goes on to the fulfilment of great achievements. Faith releases supernatural powers and connects man to omnipotence. With faith and to the believing one nothing is impossible. Faith is the third hand that reaches to the heavens, until it has received the physical hands have nothing to hold. It is the only thing coming from the earth that heaven recognises and honors. Be it prayers, gifts or any other action until it is carried by the hand of faith it goes on and on in futility forever. But heaven cannot ignore faith when it penetrates the spiritual barriers it comes back with what it went there for, never coming empty. When you think of the love of God and the abilities that rests in Him, His willingness to be the best for man and His faithfulness that doesn't lie, the platform for faith operations is built and in the face of these nothing is impossible. Faith is an eye that sees beyond the walls and read beyond thqe reports of man. Faith engages God and His love and strength. Faith employs God to be who he had always wanted to be for mankind. Faith makes man see God in action. Faith is your ticket to the show of God in grace. Grace is God's show and you get in by faith. As big as the riches of God's grace is in it's expanse the key of faith gives access afterall by grace we are saved through faith. Faith grants thoroughfare to the grace and mercy of God. Even if anointed to the teeth and the oil drips catching fire if the carrier refuses to believe in the gift his grace will make no difference. And that is why it's good to listen and learn. What you hear will either kill faith or grow it. the measure with which you listen so also is the measure of faith that comes. Listening not just for the sake of it but to gain understanding and find what makes spiritual sense. When I understand I can then operate, if I'm yet to see it how could I run with it. Running blindly heads to the ditch, understanding gives eyes. When it's clear doing becomes easy. When I know what God's willing to do I stop struggling and rest and when it's time of need comes I tell it to Him to release. My faith becomes important to my prayer life. Or should I say my prayer life is a result of my faith? When faith rises prayer becomes easy and honorable. Why should I struggle with God when what I want is what He wants? Faith is born when I discover what He wants and He will gladly do what His pleasure desires. But I'll struggle and sweat and do all sorts to convince Him if I seek what I want to use on my lusts and not one of His desires. Will I have to convince Him to do His will? Will I have to cajole Him or bribe Him to do what He had always wanted to do? Of course if I need sunshine I'll only need to wait till morrow His faithfulness will sure bring it. Faith then is a matter of course within the passage of God, He makes impossibilities happen in His strides. Has He promised me? I'm sure He'll bring it to pass, I need not harass Him again over that. Life may not give you what you deserve but God will never rob your faith of it's demands. So I rest. I believe and I won't make haste. Does it look like a risk to you? That makes it faith the only difference is that faith makes you see the end result that a risk you take can't tell. Risk works with probabilities faith is the assurance of things not yet seen. Yes, I said I can now rest in assurance, faith brings rest since the work is done by God and I receive the product by faith. But who can wait for that? How long would I have to rest till my turn comes? Some friend said 'I have faith but I'll take drugs which works faster'. Baby talk in deed. Patience is proof of faith. If I'm sure of it I'll wait for it. If I'm sure of the love that in which I trust then I'm sure it won't fail me. Timing isn't in my control, I'd believed I'd received when I prayed and why won't I, but I'm only told that I shall receive and that means later even if a second away and if I believe the speaker I will wait and it won't tarry to my shame. He's got everything figured out between when I first believed and when my redemption is complete. But what if my request is terminal with a deadline? I'll still wait because I know the One I believe is in the know...He's got it all figured out. The longer the more amazing. Will you believe...have faith and move these mountains! Goodday! Potentials:When to use What

Potentials: When to Use What
One of the greatest dilemma of the very complex  and multi-talented creature of God that we are is the ability to know what to do with the abilities in us per time. In a world where just a little insignificant activity or skill can create enormous wealth so commonly termed success we tend to seek for that particular skill to get success the remaining we use as hobbies not mindful of any accountability.
We ought rather to be as the sons of Issachar who had the understanding of the times to know what Israel OUGHT to do...and not just what they can do. Every potential in us has it's time and events it was put there for. Not all are necessary all the time, as we go through the seasons of our lives and the accompanying changes, the need for each of the potential God has given us opens up as occasions demand of them creating a fulfilled life that pleases God.
The gifts and the calling of God are without repentance, those gifts give meaning to our calling and the fulfilment of the assignment we are here to accomplish, every equipment is for something relevant to our ultimate calling. The dreams of Joseph got him to the palace but it was another hidden gift which sentiments may have kept hidden in Jacob's house that he eventually lived on to fulfill a 400 years old prophecy. His managerial skill took over from his gifs of dreams and interpretations of dreams at the centre stage of his life. While it is actually expected that those dreams were still coming and he was still interpreting dreams yet those gifts had fulfilled their part in his destiny development, if he had built a ministry around that he would have cut short his destiny but he explored the othwr gifts too. He offered them to Pharaoh and that was just what was needed both for Pharaoh and for his own destiny and the destiny of the embryo nation of Israel.
While we explore all the gifts may we have the understanding of the times to know when to use what and to be motivated with the thoughts of pleasing God and fulfilling His work before night falls when no man can work...

Good Character vs Christ's Character

I was meditating on cloning christ's character today. I discovered that our good character that does not extend to those who aren't on the same page with us isn't Christ's. We preach Christ and encourage them to be of good character...yet we love those that loves us more than those who looks like they don't. We pay back each one with his/her own coins, we are so sensitive to the imperfections of others and punish them for not obeying our laws...yet we are good people of good character...but not as Christ's...
The love of God shines the sun on both the good and the evil, gives his benevolence to everyone alike and it seems Christians are the ones who find this nature too hard to accept, we are too consequential in our mentality, an eye for an eye is what our hearts long for because we fail to see that our righteousness isn't our making, we fail to see that if God were to mark iniquity none will stand, we fail to see the place of grace and mercy and it has now become too hard for us to love like Christ and we wonder why we won't tolerate each other even in marriage. If we love those who please us only what good have we done, evwn those who do wickedly love each other...true love isn't an impossibility. ..if we really understand the love with which we have been drawn...
