The Last Day

The Last Day
Today is the last day of 2014. Another end of a season. Another time comes to its fullness. The fruit of another season about to be brought forth. And the date of the year ends.
The program of God continues. A purpose ends to give way to new ones. The past is gone,  to be stored in the books of history. Most experiences would be forgotten as they should while the learnings from them grow our extensions to reach into what the future holds.

Baggages of past mistakes, pains, hurts, sacrifices and tearful sowings of precious seeds are left behind and the basket to harvest the good and the rewards taken instead in hope and faith for the journey ahead.
The plowman will not plow for ever, and seedtime will not be eternal, if there had been the seedtime, there also would be the harvest time. If precious seeds has been borne into plowed empty lands, there also must be the sheaves being brought out of the harvested fields. The seed time being in the past and the harvest time as from tomorrow. If we have borne the image of corruption we must also bear the image of incorruption, one in the past, the other in the future.

We hope for the fruit of the new season. We look out for the purposes of another time period. We expect the time related doors to open on their own accord. We hope for light to shine out of darkness. We may have been ridden over by men, we may have passed through fire and water but the everlasting doors of the broad and wealthy places are opening unto us. We may have passed through this point just with a rod and the stones may have been for pillows but now we come in bands ready to take the promised possessions. We may have passed through the valley of the shadow of death but God has been with us and without fear we come out of the tunnels. The gates and the everlasting doors are lifting their heads because the appointed time has come.

Now we come closer to our redemption than when we first believed. Patience is having its perfect work and now we step into our perfection, being entire, wanting nothing. Now the prayers answered will have their manifestations, the purposes would be fulfilled, the prophecies will have have their mates and the promises will be sure to all.
The last day will give way to the new and another day will be born with the assurance that it is a better one.

What will you do with the new day? What can you do with the former? Take your learnings from the experiences of the past and move on into the new day. Let what should have been done that was left undone yesterday be done now. Leave the guilt and the failures. Let not the success of the last year tie you down there. The new day hopes to be better. But you can't afford to go in there in old coverings and mentality. Let today be the last day of the old years. Burst into the newness of the season so that the fruits of the new season can come.
Then the fruits of the years eaten by the locusts can be restored and the new year can sprout out of the death of the past.

Let the new chapter of the book written of you be open, let the seal be broken and let the will of God be done. Let nothing outside the prophecies be done, let none of those things not promised come to pass.
Stone shall not be given for bread, nor serpent for fish, neither scorpions for eggs, only the good things expected shall not be cut off. We shall see evil no more, only things exceeding and abundant far above our desires and imaginations are waiting at the other side and tonight, we cross over leaving behind the slavery, the oppression and the afflictions of the past into a new dawn of great grace and excelling glory.

But we must not quickly forget that as the past goes into oblivion in the physical so also the spiritual end of the world draws closer. The wise knows and gets ready, the fool sees nothing and goes on until he is punished. The harvest of the world is near. And all the prophecies are coming to pass. And as we draw nearer, the world obeys the prophecies of it's end but it's inhabitants hardly take it to heart.

We try to save the world but do not care about our own salvation. If we see the need for the salvation of nature why is it hard to see the need for our own salvation since both came from the same prophecies?
The last day will witness men loving themselves and loving pleasures more than God. The last days will be perilous times when it'll be difficult to be Christ-like, children being disobedient to parents and getting away with it, people becoming more and more selfish and untrustworthy and it has become lots easier to do evil and be justified in iniquity...these are the last days...and you are welcome.

Just as today being the last day of a year and so surely another year rolls in within the next few hours so assuredly shall this end times give way to eternal judgment. If these prophecies have come to identify the last days for us, so also they point to the events that shall soon come after so that we can prepare.

Here is the ark. The Christ was born a few days before the end of time...as an ark for man's salvation and transportation to the new day beyond the last day here. How shall we escape if we neglect the salvation so freely provided. If we allow the spirit of the last days to fill us with surfeiting and drunkenness in utter disregard for the coming judgments how shall the day not come upon us as the thief in the night unawares? If we look back as Lot's wife, if we forget Noah's ark and become carried away in marrying and giving in marriage, putting up powerful events, common place things of both the end of the year and the end of time.. how shall we escape?

These are the last days...the world is rounding off and we, upon whom the end of the world has come must go for the ark and maintain our places in grace...it's time to do a review and make the changes required before the Master shows up, before the last day of these last days!
Good Morning and enjoy the last days so we can both say Happy New Year at the other sides...together!

Cuddling the Spirit of Grace!

Cuddling the Spirit of Grace

What does the Spirit of grace say? It says man is made to be dependent. Man can only grow and reach his potential by depending on his Creator and those things created for him. Man was not made to be independent. But the subject of his dependence must not be another man who himself should be dependent.
Yes, we help each other, but that can only be through the help we have received first.
We can only be channels of blessings and we can be extremely faithful as channels but we can never be the source. We can only give what we already received of our Creator.

The Spirit of grace teaches us also that the differences we have in our different make ups are deliberate and powerful for the accomplishment of purpose. The one made to be super intelligent is not better than the one made to be at the lower rungs of the intelligence ladder. Same goes for every ladder and perking order we have made for ourselves in our evil bid to create social classes. Each is made and none dictated how he should be made, none made itself too. But none is an accident, each is made for a discoverable reason.

I remember the day 'philae' landed on a comet, some spokesman of the project cynically attributed the accomplishment to the brains and brawn of men and not something that 'fell from the skies'. He forgot that man had only discovered that he exists and hasn't fully discovered yet what prompted his existence through his hi-tech.
Whatever prompted his existence had only coded into him his mental and physical capacity with which he could do whatever he has done and would ever do.

In fact, the program of development and growth of the human race both technologically, in arts and in humanities and in whatever other genre of knowledge that may be has been by the Creator of this system.
He owns His universe and handles the movements. The Power that makes all things exist can not be out of existence, He is still the major player moving things in the resultant direction He desires.

But man has always believed in his personal accomplishment. He loves to be independent. He loves to give the glory and the kudos to himself. He loves to do despite to the Spirit of grace. He loves to give credits to himself even of those things he met here and much more of those things the Spirit of grace did through him. He would even build things he believes whoever the Creator is would frown at, only to prove that he is God. He forgot that the Creator could have deprived him also of the abilities to make independent choices which he in turn uses against his Creator.

What have we that we have not received? How are we really different from each other, when our accomplishments were only what the Creator did through whoever he wills? How do we thumb our chests for what we couldn't have done without the Creator and so rate others as failures for not accomplishing same?
When we do that we do despite to the Spirit of grace. We deliberately reckoned him out of our successes and make ourselves the prime movers of our own development erroneously.

Yes, we may have maximized our given potential and by that better our lots but we must always remember that everything made was made out of things that we cannot see including our destinies and life's opportunities.

If we desire to make more happen, then we must cuddle the Spirit of grace and be faithful to the system that created us in the first place. We must give the glory to Him who made us since we are sure we didn't make ourselves. We must not share His glory or think we did things without Him. We must be thankful.

But if we continue to see our accomplishment as of personal prowess and wisdom, something we deserved and not of God's grace, we risk an eventual head-on-collision with the Judge of all the earth which may be devastating.
No man can receive anything except it is given him from above...May God give us understanding. Good Morning!

[My Offline Bible] Hebrews 10
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

[My Offline Bible] 1 Corinthians 4
5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. 6 And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. 7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

[My Offline Bible] Hebrews 11
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

[My Offline Bible] Psalms 139
16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

[My Offline Bible] Isaiah 42
8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

[My Offline Bible] John 3
27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.

[My Offline Bible] Jeremiah 18
4 And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it. 6 O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

[My Offline Bible] Romans 1
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

[My Offline Bible] Luke 12
20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? 21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

He Forgives! He Forgets!

He Forgives! He Forgets!
Remembering and forgetting are hardly what we can always control. We often forget what we wish we remember and remember what we wish to forget. At some point the ability to recall is seen as a positive trait and at other times that can be very detrimental and being able to forget would seem a great virtue.

When we think of God, we often put Him in the three compartmental box of the omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent and it's ok. What we don't always see is His ability to forget which balances His omniscience with His omnipotence. Otherwise, His omnipotence would have been a weakness to Him.

I'm glad He forgets. Because when it comes to my sins and iniquities, He knows I'll love Him to forget.
[My Offline Bible] Jeremiah 31 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Not only does He forgives, He forgets also. Where men would research your past and use it to deal with your present, God on the other hand sees your future and forgets your past. Condemnation is a tool of control in the hands of man, but not with God. When we have confessed our sins, His faithfulness and justice demands of Him to forgive, cleanse and forget. This is the height of grace. He does this so that we can do it towards one another.

There we learn and conform to who He wants us to be. It's really very easy to accept that He forgives. To accept that He forgets is the hard part. We find it hard to forgive ourselves and forget because we believe He has put our sin always before Him and at His right hand. And if He hasn't forgotten how dare we forget? If He is still out for a revenge, how dare we walk away as if there is nothing at stake? So we desire to atone for the sin and punish ourselves comfortlessly without end with disregard for the blood of Jesus we so much profess to believe in.

We have a problem with forgiving ourselves and forgetting it. This perspective isn't a way of being careless or being irresponsible or unaccountable for our deeds. It is a way of moving on to greater things God has in store. We weren't created to commit sin and so we shouldn't permit our sins either in the act or in the guilt, to stop us from doing what God has sent us to do.

No Christian would be proud of going into error. If anyone is still enjoying sin then such isn't a Christian yet. When we sin, God would want to come around, pick us up from the fall, wash the mud off us and keep us back in the race expecting that we forget that and move on.

Another reason for our difficulty in forgetting is that people around hardly forget. And not would they not forget, they even remind others and it gets to us. Once we allow that get to us, we get back into the past and get stuck if not careful. We allow the errors of the past to control our present emotions and productivity. The truth is that we all have our past. We can only grow by dealing with that past through repentance and change, forgetting it and moving on. God would want us to do that irrespective of who remembers or who don't.

To those who would rather dig into your past and bring your sins into remembrance, it is their weakness not to forget. It must not affect your present day commitment and resolutions about God and service towards Him. And it's time we too forget what others did in times past. That maybe tough if we had suffered them directly but we must remember that God forgives and forgets so that we too can learn how to forgive and forget.

Even when it's tough to forget, make sure you forgive, if that's done properly even when you remember, the bitterness won't be there and we all can live in freedom to forge ahead and live today and tomorrow. Good Morning!

[My Offline Bible] Romans 8 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

[My Offline Bible] Hebrews 8 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

[My Offline Bible] Matthew 18 32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: 33 Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? 34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. 35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

[My Offline Bible] Micah 7 19 He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

[My Offline Bible] Psalms 103 11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. 12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

We Grow Up!

We Grow up!

We are products of growth. We grew here. At the beginning we were seeds loaded with potentials. We may be small but all we could be was packaged in that unit of life travelling from generation gone by into the future. When we got planted within favorable conditions, we broke dormancy and died. In resurrection, we came out new. We came blank, armed with the growth tools to become all we were coded to be. We engaged the spirit of growth and changes commenced, both permanent and temporary. Physically we grow, mentally we grow and spiritually too.
When we got born again, with God's own seed within, growth must now be for transformation. Growth in grace and in knowledge as released and received from God.
I wish to speak of knowledge as concerning growth. Becoming like God through Christ is the goal of growth. Knowing God in truth and in sincerity is important in growth. Knowing God on different platforms forms the standard for our growth. We can always compare and contrast to know how we are faring and adjust through our control on the growth factors.
We 'know' God in our recreated human spirit and the nature of God within. The codes in the DNA we share with God come with all the information of God that our conformity with God requires. The laws of God are written on the tablet of our hearts which is the very image of God. So within us we know Him but unconsciously. [My Offline Bible] Jeremiah 31
33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
We know God through the Holy Ghost who has been given us. He is the embodiment of God's knowledge. He is the living library of God. [My Offline Bible] 1 Corinthians 2
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
So we have the knowledge of God through the Holy Spirit, given to us, who lives and works with us.
We know God through His word. The abundance of God's heart were poured out as holy men spake as they were moved by God's Spirit. [My Offline Bible] 2 Peter 1
20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
God breathed, and His being became words written in scripture through which we know Him. The Bible is God's word in print.
We know God in Jesus. As the word became flesh and dwelled amongst us we behold His glory so that we can know God. [My Offline Bible] John 1
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Jesus is our example in whose footsteps we must follow. [My Offline Bible] 1 Peter 2
21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
We know God also as we practice the word of God. Our experiences and exercises in God's word as we fellowship and walk with God daily bring to us a deep revelation of who God is, as we experience His attributes first hand by reason of practice. [My Offline Bible] Hebrews 5
14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Of course we also know God as we fellowship with other believers and their gifts in teaching, preaching and prophesying and in the manifestations of the Holy Spirit through people.

While knowing God is a major factor in growth because it provides us with a template and standard to work with, it will also require knowing oneself to make a difference. Every believer who wants to become like Christ must always do sincere self-assessments. We must never assume where we are in God otherwise it's easy to think we are standing even when we are already fallen, dead and buried! This is the first step in the practicality of spiritual growth.
Where am I? Should be a constant question with a growing Christian. A question that must be answered at all times with sincerity. The truth is that, who we should be is a revelation in our spirit. No human knows who we should be like our spirit, who we should be was also coded into our spirit 1Corinthians 2:11. Who we are aside from who we should be which is in our spirit, is a conditioned situation with most of us. It is like a smell we are used to, it's there, others can smell it but we can't.
The process of tests, trials and our responses becomes the way of revelations of who we are. God knows us without testing us. He is omniscient and residentially so, except if He deliberately would be ignorant of a thing. He won't need a test or trial to know who we are. [My Offline Bible] Psalms 139
1 O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. 2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. 4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
God knows us but that knowledge is too high for us. So we are tested and tried for us to know ourselves. Peter wouldn't know his capacity to deny Jesus but Jesus knew and he had to go through that trial to know. We go through that daily.
Here is growth! When we compare the knowledge of our state as revealed in the results of our trials and tests with what we know of God we repent and change and we grow.
It sounds so simple but we often limit our growth with our attitudes to knowing God. We can't know Him fully until we see Him but we must do all to know Him on a daily basis as He reveals Himself to us through the avenues we have discussed. We must consistently seek to know who we are per time. Assumption of a position we are yet to attain deprives us of ever getting there. If we have nothing to repent of then we remain at our position of self acclaimed perfection and we get stuck, not being able to become more like God.
If we desire to become more and more like God, we must be ready to keep renewing our minds daily as we discover more and more of the depth in God. We must be ready to throw off the things we have learnt that are alien to God's knowledge. We must be ready and willing to change at the slightest discovery of our being at variance with God. In so doing we create space for the manifestation of the coded traits within us and daily we conform to God's image and show forth His glory. Good morning!
[My Offline Bible] 2 Peter 3
18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Nobility with the Truth

Nobility with the Truth
[My Offline Bible] Acts 17
10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. 12 Therefore many of them believed; also of honourable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.

Apostles Paul and Silas got to Berea and went straight to preach at the Jewish synagogue. They noticed that these people were different from those at Thesalonia, these paid attention and listened to what they had to say. They won't argue or dispute what was being said. But if the preachers took that as being naive and gullible they were to be shocked. They took all in but not to swallow rather to go check if they were true. The result was clear, they got more believers among them and they were commended for their process of dealing with the word.
They were compared with those in Thessalonica and found to be more noble than the Thessalonians.
When your read the epistles to the Thessalonians, you'll notice the kind of Christians that were produced under such a culture. Paul had to explain again and again to them about the second coming of Christ in order not to go haywire. At Thessalonica Paul had to engage in secular businesses to sustain as an example to them to be diligent and productive, they were known to be busybodies and carefree. Flaky Christians who would need to be spoonfed often.
I see this same traits in many of today's Christians. Many would need others read and study their bibles for them, many would need others pray for them and hear from God for them. And such just as the Thessalonians are open to heresies and un-christian doctrines and practices. Whatever anybody says or does from the pulpit is accepted as christian afterall they know no better. They can't check by themselves from the Bible to know if what is been done or preached is within the corpus of the doctrines of Christ.
To many the allegiance is to the person and not to the word of God or to God. The Bereans never saw things that way. The very Apostles Paul and Silas preached and you still have the temerity to doubt it? A great man of God such as Paul shouldn't speak and anybody would still have to go check if it's true! That's what we call loyalty today. But such is not recommended by scriptures and the result is that unstable and ignoble christians are being produced generation after generation and so makes the future more fearful.
This lack of nobility does not only affect the pews but also the pulpit. Preachers and ministers are 'freer' to say what they like and practice all sorts that suit them since no one will go back to search the scriptures if those things were true. Many won't bother cross-checking their thoughts, once it sounds good and acceptable, it doesn't matter anymore if it's really true.
Those in the congregation who care about what is being preached would rather keep quiet because is is now the norm that if you ask too many questions you become a question mark yourself. We have come round to a culture where heresies aren't any issues, every doctrine preached is seen as relatively true depending on how you view it particularly if it suits our religious pride on one side and our lusts on the other.
Here is the call! A call back to nobility. A call back to checking out for the veracity and the truth of whatever is being dished out from our pulpit. It is a call to being more committed to God's word and the truth therein. A call to preachers and teachers to become more meticulous in their doctrines and practices.
Meanwhile it is not a call to being judgmental or to become segregationists in religious pride. That wasn't the nobility that produced the believers in Berea. It's not noble to see and treat others who don't know what we know as if they know nothing. Knowledge puffs up but love edifies. Every puff will be deflated but edification builds lasting structures. Nobility is ever gentle with the ignorant and patient till faith is birthed in the unstable.
As we open up for all sorts of messages today both in church, on radio or t.v., let's have our minds on nobility ready to hear and also ready to check if the good sounds we hear are true. God confirms the word and not the preacher and nobility recognises the difference. Remain blessed. Good morning!

The Pastoral Covenant

The Pastoral Covenant
[My Offline Bible] Hebrews 13
17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

[My Offline Bible] Hebrews 10
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

[My Offline Bible] Hebrews 3
13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

The ultimate reason why we congregate and commit to the membership of a local assemby is not that we can't worship, pray or evangelize by ourselves but for a purposeful fellowship and discipleship. The end of that fellowship and discipleship is to help our efforts towards being conformed I the image of Christ and to get to heaven afterwards.
Since that is so, it had occurred to me for a long time now, which also we had advocated in our various teachings and trainings to pastors and leaders that there is a need for a pastoral covenant or agreement.
The bible says, can two walk together except they be agreed? Amos 3:3. Lack of prior agreement on basic issues is a major hindrance to achieving purpose in any relationship, and the pastoral ministry relationship is not an exception.
If the purpose of discipleship conformity to the Master, Christ is to be achieved then both the ministers in charge and the individuals must agree to it and to the process required to making it happen.
We must agree about the purposes of our relationship as in pastor/member relationship. We must agree to wanting to be conformed to Christ's image and to get to heaven at all cost. We must agree that our being together is to help both of us fulfil God's plan for our lives, conform to the image of Christ, prepare for heaven and serve each other in this same purposes.
We must agree to contribute and receive all that the other is equipped to do to achieve these goals. We must agree that nothing that is not in conformity to these purposes be permitted from each other no matter how pleasing to the flesh. We must agree that whatever is beneficial to this cause must never be deprived or withdrawn from any of the parties involved. We must agree that whatever discipline necessary to get there would be received from both sides.
What I also know is that doing this is a formality that encapsulates what's generally and unconsciously been done. Even if your pastor or your people haven't given you such an agreement to sign, you are still bound to that unspoken and unwritten agreement under God. It is fundamental that pastors will give account to God over their members and individuals too will give account of his or her own service before God, so the written form of the covenant is actually to help and focus us on what's right.
It follows therefore that every congregant deserves to be given a platform where all such a person needs to become all that God wants is provided for, both in words and in exemplary deeds by the grace and the power of God.
If your aim is to be the Christian God wants you to be and you attach yourself to a group of people in the name of a church whose goals are different from that, then you are in a wrong place. If you are comfortably committing sin, and no one in your local assembly from the pulpit to the pews either by word of mouth or by the move of the Holy Spirit is there to check you, consciously and unconsciously, then you are in a boat sailing away from the path of salvation.
A church that's committed to this purposes would not mind whatever smear its reputation receives from people who aren't ready to go with them. Such a church though would desire to go to heaven with as many as possible won't bother if some decide to jump ship. Jesus's job was to come preach, if He hadn't, we would have had no sin, but that He has done His part, we have no cloak for our sin, John 15:22. That should be the attitude of those assemblies committed to conformity to Christ's image. Do your part and let people make their choices. The control churches have is to make sure that the best in word and in practice capable of helping people make heaven is made available both secretly and openly. Aside that control, it amounts to manipulation to control or force people to do God's will.
If you are a Christian know that we have but a short time. We have to be true to ourselves about our convictions to christ and His cause. It's time to fight for your own soul and take personal responsibility of your eternity. Christ has died and risen, ascended and seated at the right hand of God, the work is finished, it is left to us not to take that grace in vain, it is left to us to make sure that all that He did count in our lives. It is time to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. Don't be part of evil either in church or outside church. Be bold to stand for truth and for righteousness. Don't follow a bandwagon into hell. It is your life and you are responsible. If what you are submitting to isn't deeply seated in God you aren't submitting to God. If you are in a covenant that has locked you away from divine order such agreement isn't of God, let your original covenant with God take pre-eminence. Take personal responsibility of your eternal home. Make up your mind that whatever will deny you your place in God must leave your life, either a person, system, character or habit. If your relationships aren't exhorting you daily towards the day of judgment and in spite of such relationships you are being hardened by the deceifulness of sin, then that covenant is militating against your covenant with God, deal with it and protect your walk with God. Heaven is home, preserve your journey! Good morning!

Maintaining The Stance
Being a Christian is not a permanent spiritual position. It can only be permanent as a religious status and not as a spiritual state. Being a Christian requires moment by moment maintenance of position by living like Christ in intent and in deeds. A church can not also be so called from the standpoint of the tag, it is only a church to the level to which people are gathered in line with Christ's authority per time and not as a static position. You may be a Christian in a moment and be another person the next moment because it all depends on the maintenance of your position in God. That's why not everyone who calls Jesus Christ, Lord, Lord, will make it at the end of the day. Not every church will enjoy divine approval, as long as not every church has departed from iniquity even if they name the name of Christ. Christ must be Lord, not only on our lips and not only at some convenient times but in all things and at all times. Our sentiments and selfishness are not qualified to determine whatever is approved of God, We need to  submit them to God totally, and embrace anew the en-grafted word of God which is able to save our souls. It is the experience and the consequent conviction from God's word that are able to help us follow God in our day to day walk and the moment by moment decisions we make that either make us Christ-like or otherwise, either as a church or as a person. This is where Christianity is determined either with an individual or a group. We can not afford to see divine approval from the spectacle of what is convenient to us or those things that serve our selfishness. Such lives are not submissive to Christ beyond mere religion. Following Christ can't be at our terms, Christianity is not what suits us or what is popular but what God says in His word.Once we leave the preaching and the practice of what's in the Bible, taught by Christ and His apostles and we begin to practice all sorts under certain 'licences', we erode the authority of scriptures and we can't categorically say we are followers of Christ or that our gathering is one of His body. Meanwhile by reason of lots of selfish motivations, we practice all sorts in the name of the Lord or as 'led' by the Holy Spirit in our claims. These times are the times for Christians and churches to do a review of their beliefs and practices with the Word of God as revealed in the Bible in Christ and His apostles and to depart from things unequal. We don't have to sacrifice divine approval on the altar of our selfish ambitions, insecurities, unbridled worldliness and appetite for significance and authority.

Mt 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mt 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
2Ti 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
Ro 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2Pe 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. 22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

The Sacrifice in Receiving!

The Sacrifice in Receiving! It is more blessed to give than to receive. Man is a very complex being. I'm sure God deliberately made him so partly for His humor and personal excitement. Man is so complex to his own hurt, he is so complex that though he understands so much around him, he hardly can figure out who he is. Yet, in his conceit believes he is ever on top of all situations, not minding the obvious inability to conquer himself as he conquers the universe. The complexity of man blinds him to self consciousness and the subsequent self unconsciousness projects his weaknesses which he flaunts in pride. Such is the issue of giving. To man, selfishness is a key to survival. The philosophy of the survival of the fittest bothers on self preservation and propagation through as much as you can get from scarce resources. Man believes resources are scarce and so would still be gathering even when he has gotten more than enough and so deprive others of what God has provided them through nature. He doesn't see it as deprivation though. He sees it as a means of self perpetuation due to his fear of the unknown future. The more he can store up from the reach of others the more he believes he can survive. He believes out of his fears that his survival and perpetuation depend on himself even if he still finds it difficult to understand how he finds himself on the earth. He didn't create himself yet he can't leave his preservation to the Forces that brought him to being. So he gathers and keep gathering of the scarce resources with all the opportunities and strength he has, he works for no other, his gatherings are powered by the cravings of his appetite and fear. And whatever he gathers he protects against all odds with his life. He doesn't mind losing soldiers, young men and women of his own loins even the unborn to preserve what he has. He won't mind using religion and whatever sentiments to be in charge of world resources through self-justified violence in order protect what he has gathered and is still gathering. Of the uncountable stored up oil and grains not a drop or a grain must fall to the hands of another man...it would be better if it even falls to the birds to eat than for another man to use. But he doesn't mind trading with the excess to fuel other appetites of his. He uses what excess he has to gain control and significance. He can even permit his body to be burnt just to fuel other appetites of his. The only thing He won't willingly do is die for others though he daily urges those in his control to die for him. But he won't mind trading what else he has to gain control of others and of whatever things those ones have. Trading most times are covered over in the packaging of benevolence. It has to, in order to have access to more important things in the life of the recipients. World exchange of aids has become the international routes for modern-day slave trade and neo colonisation. You wonder why the powers that be would keep prices of their imported commodities at the very lowest only to give aids back to the impoverished farmers who produce the commodities. Why not just pay more for the oil and cocoa instead of giving aids? Mostly, therefore it isn't the one who gives the material things that suffers, it is the receiver who is pained. Yet the pain is hard to define because what is lost is more than meet the eye. That's why it is more blessed to give than to receive. That is why in divine jurisdiction giving doesn't bring spiritual profit no matter how religiously it is covered, even if it is with burnt body, except it is done in love. Solomon said, when the rich's excess is brought before you, put a knife to your own neck if you are one given to appetite, for he tells you eat and drink yet his heart is not with you, for as he thinks in his heart so is he and not as generous his presentation looks. When we have Christ in us and leave carnality behind, we walk less as mere men described above, we walk as God would and profit from our giving in love. We give in simplicity and are more concern with what good others do to us than remaining attached to what we said we have done for others. We separate trading from giving, motivated by the needs of others of whatever opportunities we have gotten from God, not motivated by our self preservation or fear of the future unknown but by purity of conscience and sincerity of purpose with all cleaness of empathetic thoughts and of good and large heart of generousity without guile. This that I've described of giving in love comes only from a heart atuned to God and His Christ by faith in the possibility of such. It helps to receive from men without fear of being traded in and helps to give without looking back so long needs are met by that which has been done even if the recipients have no opportunities of saying thanks audibly! Make it less painful for people to receive what God has sent through you, then you have rewards from the Universal giver, God and not from the often powerless recipients. Good morning!

More Than Meet the Eye

More Than Meet the Eye
I'm being inspired to meditate more and more on the subject of faith these days. Maybe as a fallout from a recently taught bible school class. Where we tried to see the basic process of ministry. And we saw how impossible it is to run a God driven ministry without demanding people's faith to connect to an invisible God. Receiving or giving between man and God are the same to faith. Faith is only a conduit through which communications are executed between man and God. Man must locate God's faithfulness and respond by his faith.
Meanwhile faith can only be a farce. Man has the capacity to believe in the unseen, either real or unreal, the consequence is what separates the two. You can pick up your phone and dial an unexisting phone number, you can even speak, not minding whatever the provider is saying from the other end, but you can't make a report of your conversation. But that hasn't removed the fact that your phone exist and that telephony is real or that people make conversation through that channel every second of the day all over the world. It only that you dialled a non existing number.
Faith is a channel to the unseen meant to create communications between that realm and our perceived realm. It is a conviction of the reality of realms outside of what we perceive by our senses. It is the conviction of thoughts that are ahead and are yet to penetrate the human mind. It is the conviction of the activities of those realms and how they bare on our own perceived realm.
Faith is meant to locate the knowledge of the truth that the senses cannot reach. Some calls it the sixth sense. It is useless with mere imaginations that are only crafted from the residue of the past in our minds. It works with the realities confronted in the realms beyond ours.
Faith is a door to that realm. We can't have access without faith and we can't judge that realm when we haven't been there. You have to have faith in God to have access into Him. Faith built on the truth He had shown us already with whatever He has done here: as the invisible things of His are shown clearly by the visible things He has done here according to apostle Paul.
We can argue all we can but the reality is that man didn't make this world and it is absolute nonsense to say the universe made itself: unbelief can actually make one mad. Unbelief is a deliberate blindfold, a self inflicted delusion out of the misunderstanding of pride that won't let man agree to His ignorance. Yet without a place for faith, you can't even experiment with the unseen realm or research into it. It's a realm ahead and beyond. A realm that gave birth to the seen and yet a future for the seen realm.
The activities of that realm and that of the inhabitants thereof tell on us and that's the more reason why it is pertinent for the inhabitants of our perceived world to be connected and become players in the game of the spirit.
Life is more that meet the eye. Faith is the eye that sees beyond what the eye was made to see. The One who made the eye to see in this realm made faith to be the eye to see Him and to relate with Him.
Ever blessed are those who won't wait for the instrumentality of the senses before believing in the reality of the supernatural. Those who understand the superiority and the value of the spirit realm far and above the realm of vanity and decadence in which we live are men and women of faith who through the experimentation of faith can tell the difference by faith.
Those who have the simple understanding that if one must come to God, such must believe first that He is and that He rewards those who through faith seek Him diligently...it is an impossible case with any who don't believe beyond what is seen...
The whole truth can't be accessed without the inventory of the unseen realms. There's something out there that hides itself from the five senses, from it came the physical and the discovery of that in truth is the opening of a new world to mankind and only the eye of faith can see even a glimpse of it to explore...believe and be enlightened...! Are you in faith? Good morning!

It's in the Pain

It's in the Pain
Ordinarily I don't want pain. Nobody wants it. That's why it's called pain. Jesus came to heal the broken hearted and in the process took away our pains. Why do I still have these pains? I realize that more than what come against our bodies to cause sickness are the things that come against our hearts to break it. More than the stress of physical weariness are the stress of mental burden. My pastor once told me that the burden the anointing is to remove from off our necks are those things bothering us. Of course, how many have I seen on the streets carrying heavy burdens that only prayer can heal, the burdens are of the heart. The wise king said the heaviness of the heart makes the heart stoop.  Sometimes they stoop like a bending pine until they break. When it breaks they call it mental illness. The sickness of the heart comes out of the unending expectations of the heart. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. Long standing thirst, and everlasting hunger waiting for good news from afar to quench and a good word of gladness.
But without the hunger the utility of the food is low. What I have no expectations for may worth nothing to me and become useless. If I don't have to wait I may not appreciate what I got. If there's no hunger for light, the plant won't grow. And the cut down tree will sprout again at the scent of water, the standing tree may remain stagnant swinging to the rhythm of the winds but the search of water keeps the cut tree growing.
I guess the inspiration is in the pain. Some would discard the pain as quickly as it comes. Entertainment, alcohol, sex, drugs, violence and so on paliate the pains and placates the heart to its total destruction. But I have seen great things come out of the times of pain. Great books came out of apartheid, marvelous music from the pains of oppression and slavery...and I have seen futility and vanity replace all that when the pains got healed. I guess it's in the pain.
The heart responds from the depths and character is built as the heart stoops. As the muscles bulge under extreme weight so goodness is birthed through labour pangs of life.
Are you suffering, find out what's in it for you...virtues and nobility maybe waiting to be born. Are you oppressed, maybe you are about to become a savior of others under oppression. The comfort by which you are comforted will also comfort others, you were in the pain to culture the vaccine of comfort to immunize those who shall thereafter be attacked by such pains.
There's something in the pain don't discard the pain with fleshy indulgences or you'll throw out the baby with the bad water.
Hope deferred may make the heart sick, but the sickness attracts the desire and when it comes it's a tree of life, an everlasting tree that keeps producing the once longed for desire.
Are you going through frustration, make a song of it, are you in prison, write a book, are you waiting read a prose, and if life is making jest of you, write a comedy otherwise you may never have the time to ever do that again because it's in the pain, only in the pain.
Pain moves you to the deep where good counsels lies. It takes pain to dig out gold, value is never cheap they are delivered by the bus of pain. A world built around the culture of comfort and vanity don't get anywhere. Soldiers worth relying upon are those trained in the throes of pain, your faith isn't dependable and lacks value if it hasn't gone through heavy and fiery trials. Many who now enjoy divine health had to endure the battle of faith in pain. Testimonies are born out of painful tests. Great relationship are built from smothering fires of overcome pains.
Don't run away from it, it has a message for you and your purpose might be attached...leave the drugs, don't react with violence rather engage your mind and squeeze out the good news in the pain. I'm doing that...do likewise! And be happy! Good morning! Share this and Visit evansademanuel.blogspot.com today!

Thoughts on Loyalty

Thoughts on Loyalty
In the study of leadership, coming across the word 'loyalty' in it's various forms is normal. Leaders can only lead those who submit to their leadership. True leadership can only influence voluntary following in the people. So we assume people who follow do so because they want to. Yet, it can't be assumed that every follower is a loyalist or is loyal depending on what such is loyal to or disloyal to.
What touched the loyalty button inside individuals that made them follow are different and to that each will be loyal. Though leadership may not define acceptable loyalty as such.
In Christianity and its leadership, one of the concepts of leadership is called the 'follower-leadership' whereby the leader is also a follower of Someone else. The Christian leader is a follower of Christ either at home or in church administration. He or she isn't the ultimate leader. He can't call the shots without being led himself by the Spirit and the Word of God in the normal circumstance. This too tells on the demand for loyalty.
Most leadership error come from the inability to obey the 'follower-leader' concept. Apostle Paul said [My Offline Bible] 1 Corinthians 11
1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
When the hierarchy set forth in that simple statement is breached it's no longer Christian leadership. That concept as said earlier must also inform the giving and receiving of loyalty.
The Christian leader receives his authority from Christ and his confidence is borne on that premise. He demands loyalty towards Christ and not to self. He is protected and strengthened  by the authority he received from Christ and those who seek to follow Christ would follow him with confidence.  But that goes as far as he follows Christ. The true Christian desires to follow Christ and to imitate God towards becoming like Him. But the body administrative structure requires that in being organized, a leadership structure be in place for things to be done decently and in order according to Apostle Paul in 1Corinthians 14. The leadership structure therefore operates in concert with the ultimate cause of believers conforming to Christ's image. The leadership must follow Christ in all things to remain relevant in its middle position: the believer follow the leader as a necessary bridge to following Christ.
Responsible leadership therefore points Christ to the follower and not to self. The honorable leader seeks loyalty to Christ and not to self. The loyal leader demands loyalty towards Christ, while the disloyal seeks loyalty towards self.
And that's where the weakness of leadership lies. The desire for loyalty weakens leadership. The more crave the leader has for loyalty towards self do not only show how exposed his disloyalty to Christ is but also shows how vulnerable he has become to disloyal people among his ranks or team.
What we crave for become baits in the fishing hooks of the predators who desire to prey on us; you don't try to catch a fish tying ordinary rope to the hook...you put there the desire of the fish.
Loyalty is portrayed by the obedience we receive from our followers. Their desire to always be there for us, to do our will and those things that please us. Their willingness to be ready to fight for us and to even die for us, if need be, shows loyalty. We desire they be ready never to be in variance with our opinions, decisions and actions, good or bad and to even defend them to blood. Whoever won't do that is a rebel and disloyal.
But people who in their heart has disloyalty breeding and brooding also know this. They present that front and with a kiss and fair speeches betray their already vulnerable leaders.
Jesus said it shall not be so among His followers. A true Christian leader would demand such loyalty towards Christ and not self. He will demand obedience to Christ at all cost. He will differentiate between Christ and himself and exalt Christ and His Word. He let's the world know he's only a servant and one of the followers of Christ privileged to lead others to Him and to do His works.
Leaders who don't mind disobedience to Christ in the course of defending self aren't true Christian leaders and the followers who are ready to disobey God's word to defend their leaders in order to show loyalty aren't following Christ. True leaders defend Christ at their own expense and not mess up Christ to protect self.
Leaders who don't mind the destruction of God's work and people in order to look good are not serving Christ and His God. And they open up themselves to the whims and caprice of evil people.
Are you a Christian leader? Know that you are still imperfect and let no one defend your imperfections at the expense of Christ. Let your vision be that followers remain loyal to Christ and His principles, let none of God's word be broken in your defence. Let no one do evil to protect you, let no one commit any sin to make you look good. Let Christ and His Father be the Ones presented to the world.
Those who are ready to offend God to please you are enemies in disguise.  Those who won't seek God by themselves but would do whatever you say either good or bad aren't loyalists. Those who speak evil of the commandments of God yet defend your errors are bringing death and destruction you.
Mark those who will stand for God even when it's not convenient, they'll be loyal to you and to your God. Mark those who like Berean Christians will put your words to the test of God's commandments, they are your true friends. But run from those who lool loyal to you but are disloyal to Christ...they can't love you more than they love God! Good morning! Share and Visit evansademanuel.blogspot.com and let's know you came.

His Will Be Done

[My Offline Bible] Hebrews 13
20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

I pray God makes me perfect in every good work to do His will, working in me that which is well pleasing in His sight.

I have realised that many Christians only follow God at their convenience. Many do their own will and make it look like God's will only because both fall on same state pwr time. Otherwise, they use God as excuse to perpetrate their own evil cause. He wants to oppress his wife, he has enough scriptures twisted to paliate his conscience, he wants to oppress a subordinate he has enough religious reasoning to make it look good. He wants to disobey leadership he knows enough religious jargons to have his way: there isn't anything evil that evil hearts won't justify.
But good and sincere Christian hearts will seek God's will and do it. Self seeking and always expecting our own desires to come to pass weaken the strength of our walk with God no matter how religious we make it sound. In a world of deadly competitions among the holy, we must stop and quietly ask why we do what we do, we must ask if it's God's will we seek, we must stop and ask if our expectations of others are towards pleasing God or pleasing self. We must ask who is truly glorified, we or God, we must ask who truly gets paid, we or God?
That's the essence of the prayer above, it's time to leave all into God's hand and come to trust God enough to permit Him work out His will in our lives...that alone glorifies Him.
Don't justify evil because it pays you, don't assume you are in God's will when it's obvious you are hurting people around you. Don't think whatever pleases you must please God, don't bring yourself into unnecessary competition with God...find out His will and do it.
I pray that His will be done in our lives, homes, jobs and ministries today in Jesus name! Good morning!

The Saga of Forgiving and Forgetting

The Saga of Forgiving and Forgeting!
Many times we demand of people to forget wrong suffered and to forgive. The reality is that inability to forget as demanded makes nonsense of their willingness to forgive which is actually easier as a matter of the will. Their conscience still blame them for remembering but how could a raped woman or the wife of a murdered man forget? The scars remains and if remembering is equal to not forgiving then as long as those scars remain such has no capacity to forgive.
Meanwhile forgiving is possible with the scars and that's what we are called to do. The scars tells the story and become the trophy we have to show the winning power of forgiveness. The scars tell the story of the battle we fought and won and everytime we remember it is of the joy of triumph and not of the sorrows of the pains we once suffered.
If whenever we see the scars we still feel the pains then our forgiveness isn't complete or perfect yet. It is forgiving we have to do and not forgetting.
We may forget without forgiving meaning whenever we remember we recall the pains too and bitterness and vengeance fill the heart. We may experience joy momentarily when we forget but as soon as we remember the pains and the sorrows resuscitate and the scab falls of the wound and the wound comes out fresh again with all its pains. Such sores smell. And the pains unending, they only get healed when we forgive.
So we strive to forgive even with the freshness of the negative event and so heal our heart and remembering would be nothing but pouring the balm on a scar, soothing but not hurting!
We get hurt. One of human weaknesses, and that we remember clearly and we always need great efforts to be able to forgive. Not so when we hurt others. We need lots of efforts to remember yet very desperate for forgiveness when accosted. We find it hard to forgive yet we would do anything to be forgiven. And until our errors are shown us we hardly remember, we take offending others in our strides yet never goes out of our way to forgive. We hold tightly to hurt suffered we must know we hurt others too.
So if you have no sin be the first to throw the stone of judgment. Ignoble people will still throw the stones anyway. Remove first the log in your eyes before trying to remove the specks in others' eyes but the logs are weightless in our eyes while we feel the burden of the speck in other's eyes. This is a weakness of man.
So that's how impossible it is to forget the hurts we suffer and how easy it is to lose consciousness of ever being hurtful to people. Let's not demand forgetting now but let's ask for forgiveness. Don't bother to forget, just forgive. But can I also ask that we sharpen our consciousness of the errors we commit? Because it won't be demanded of those we hurt to forget. Feel the toes you step on. Our actions may leave blood and tears behind even when sincere and true what's wrong is the lack our consciousness of the negative exhausts.
Do I need apologies to forgive? O yes! Some can't forgive truly without apologies and in profuse quantities too! Apologies sometimes aren't better than vengeance! They become payments demanded and paid for hurts suffered. Though looks legitimate, yet could be malicious when demanded, Healing when freely given and received.
Apologies are necessary but don't wait for them before you forgive, what if it doesn't come? Let not your healing be dependent on what others may not do. Forgive as at when hurt and as soon! Forgiveness has no substitute except war and no one comes out a war unhurt even the victorious! Put your energy in seeking to forgive and be forgiven until then don't forget!

Acknowledge your Iniquity!

Acknowledge your Iniquity!
[My Offline Bible] Jeremiah 3
12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever. 13 Only acknowledge thine iniquity, that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God, and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree, and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD. 14 Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion: 15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

Knowing God is important in having a successful walk with Him. He is so loving and patient. We almost take that attribute to mean carelessness. People therefore abuse His love and patience. Solomon had said because judgment against an evil isnt instant men's heart are set in them to do evil. Many today question if Jesus Christ would ever return all because God would rather want men to repent than to perish.
Yet even reading and speaking about God's judgment send shivers down the spine. And it does come after the exhaustion of God's long-suffering. It is useless waiting for it before a change is made.
God waits for repentance. While he waits, it will seem He has forgotten His word. That's not the time for us to walk on presumptuously thinking all's well. And men do forget and live on, oblivious of a hanging judgment above their heads, with God's time of long-suffering ticking away...
Why must we wait, when God is waiting for us? Why must we wait till judgment falls? I see that we wait, justifying our errors. We wait not acknowledging our faults. We argue the obvious with all sorts of lopsided scriptural arguments. Sometimes too we use the experiences of others who also are on the que for their own judgment. Since God isn't blind and hasn't killed anyone who's doing the same, that means its ok to continue.
And so men go on travelling in error. They are quick to say judge not to anyone who might want to help. They become enemies to those who might show Israel their sins, and those who tell the truth become preys.
What we don't know is that continuing in error while God awaits repentance stops God's greater blessings. The plan of God is stalled and we go on in cycle without any real progress, because God waits...and that isn't judgment yet. He is just waiting.
Others may point Israel's sin to him but repentance means he acknowledging his sin by himself. I must recognize sin as sin, I must agree that I'm walking contrary to divine pleasure and expectations before I can change.
I can ask for forgiveness but that isn't repentance, repentance means I recognize my filth, change my mind, my mentality, my ideology and philosophy about that act to that of God and then stop walking that way and go on do the right thing.
It all starts with recognition and acknowledging errors. If we continue to argue the obvious and justify iniquity, we defy divine warnings and move on carelessly towards certain judgment.
God has greater plans beyond this wrestling. Let go. Repent and move on with God. Why must we court judgment! If it is sin, God won't make it right just because of you so assuming such is another error. We can do it and we must do it and go on with God!
Acknowledge every sin without a plea and come to God who shed His blood to obtain mercy for pardon for sin and find grace to continue in holiness. It is possible if we so desire! Good morning!

Know the Word, But know God better!

[My Offline Bible] Jeremiah  2
8 The priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.

'They that handle the law knew me not...'
The greatest virtue of the knowledgeable is his ability to defy the lure of pride that comes with knowledge.
The ability to accommodate all including the ignorant separates the knowledgeable from the wise.
If God were to deal with us the way we deal with those who don't know as much as we do none of us will be able to look up to His face.
If we are privileged to handle His word we must also be able to show enough responsibility to know Him and His ways.
The essence of knowing His word is to know His ways and not just to give a fair show. God isn't marking our script of knowledge, He expects the result of knowledge to be seen in what we do. Being Christians is more than knowing scriptures, knowing God is more than being able to quote them... , godliness is more than merely getting your doctrines rightly, it is being able to let it show in our conducts, and how we act and react to the happenings around us...  ye know these things happy are ye if ye do them...
Ability to do what we know is the burden of knowledge! Good morning!

Without me...!

Without me you can do nothing!

[My Offline Bible] John 15
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

The amazing thing about man is that he has the capacity to determine the direction of his life and take giant strides in that direction. Man as a free moral agent can do and undo. In fact, he was originally made to reign and rule on the earth as god. Though he made a mess of it bringing chaos and confusion by reason of rebellion against his maker. He lost his authority and became subservient to the things he was created to rule over. Since then instead of possessing things, he is being possessed by things.
Man's rebellion against God makes him a cheap prey to the forces that are against him.
Jesus Christ through the love of the Father offered man a second chance. Man's authority is being offered back to him through Christ and through faith and obedience man can reign again over the forces of nature and the super nature.
But it's no more as automated as it was with the first Adam. Now, the world is on countdown to its demise. The decadence triggered by Adam must have it's full course and the world must serve it's sentence of death to give way to the new heaven and a new earth. And also to give way to the redemption of our bodies changing it to that of the resurrected Christ. [My Offline Bible] Philippians 3
20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Till then, the forces that are bringing the world to it's destruction continue working daily. The forces of death, decadence and destruction. They fasten their fangs to the greatest achievements of men. The noblest position of man becomes transient, the greatest of wealths grow wings and fly away, possessions become derelict and positions sometimes go extinct with the occupiers as the fashion of this world goes away in reservation for fire.
So Jesus said we need not waste our time laying up treasures upon the earth...
[My Offline Bible] Matthew 6
19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
We can isolate the forces of death, decadence and destruction in what Jesus said here. The only escape is to lay our treasures in heaven. Some may argue that this means doing good works and they'll be correct but it's more than that. That your work is good still won't save it, if you refuse or forgot to press ctrl s. That a good hospital is built doesn't mean it would appreciate in value when revalued a year later. Everything goes down to nothing by the forces of death, decadence and destruction.
The escape is in Christ both in time and in eternity. When we follow the principles of Christ, following his instructions and responding to his heart desire with focus on his vision we coat whatever we do with the antidecadent chemical of heaven. Heaven envelopes what we do and we make eternal impacts that remain beyond death.
When we walk in envy and achieve great heights in rebellion we build our house on sand which won't stand the test of the winds, the rains and the storms. When we do things in response to man and not to God and His Christ we plant on shallow sands that can't sustain the seedlings in the scorching sun.
The truth is that man can build and achieve lots without considering Christ and His word, in fact man has achieved lots in direct rebellion to Christ amd it is fast becoming the norm even in the church of God. The result is that such give away precious time and other resources to waste. They end up being nothing without any eternal value. And if in this life alone that we have hope as believers then we are of all men most miserable. We must not create things that will end up being nothing just because we aren't ready to adhere to God's basic principles in living our lives and doing ministry.
My prayer is that our offerings and services will be acceptable before God and make eternal impact. More Grace to you!

Oh Lord Change My Story

'Rewrite My Story, Oh Lord'
Is this a right prayer to pray?
I think the cliche has its overdrawn roots in the changes that comes into our lives through prayer. Prayer changes things. Sin, unbelief, doubt, fear, disobedience and such like have a way of taking us away from divine pathways for our lives. There is the path of righteousness where God leads us and there is also the valley of the shadow of death where we walk into, there are times when we walk away from the waters that go softly and through our lusts like the prodigal son go into the violent waters....these are the things that we use to rewrite our own stories because God had created us free moral agents. Though we give our lives to Christ and call Him Lord we still have the power to yield our members instruments of unrighteousness unto sin...and the repercussions rewrite our stories.
But when we turn to God and repent, he takes us back and clean us up and restores us to our original position to enjoy the original write up in the volume of the book written concerning us.
The other side are the attacks of the enemy.  Satan has a plan for each life:that plan ends in hell. But to believers who won't yield it's ever a war. His plan is to build strongholds of negativity, through the operations of his principalities, powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places. He would do everything to make sure that the will of God isn't done on earth, in a life, or a family, finance or health, his arrows are flying day and night, his physical evil agents and spiritual accomplices are evwr around and we need to come to the battle with the whole armour of God and not in denial...casting down every imagination, evil thoughts and other high things that exalts itself against the knowledge of the scriptures and that content of the book written concerning us and so waiting in readiness to avenge all disobedience when our own obedience is complete...
These demoniacal forces will seek to add sorrow upon sorrow for us against the will of God, stealing, killing and destroying...
If we leave our lives accepting that all that happens are from God and in His will without striving in prayers to establish the will of God...we give a freeway to the devil.
Prayer changes our lives to what the will of God is. If there are no alternatives to the will of God with the capacity to be established in oir lives there won't be any reason for prayer. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven...will be irrelevant. So if we notice or feel in our spirit that our experiences aren't in line with God's plan, then we need the story to be rewritten to it's original script in the place of prayer.
If you abide in me and my word abide in you, you shall ask whatever you will and it shal be given you.
Then God can make all things work together for your good and make foolish the wisdom of the princes of this world.

Be Inspired!

Be Inspired!
I was thinking about what exactly make us do what we do. Why am I writing this? Why do I write at all? Yet everyday decisions are made and actions followed. I ask also why I didn't do the things I didn't do. If I can get to the root of why I do some and left others undone and discover why my decisions tilt in the directions they've gone I may be able to manipulate the process to choose right all the time. And that brings out another question, why would I want to do what is right? How do I get to know what is right or wrong to be able to choose the right from the wrong?
I realise that we love to do what's convenient and pass through the path of least resistant. Yet that path may not always be the path of good. We love to move towards desirable goals and will force ourselves to do what we ought not to do so long there is a promise of reward afterwards.
Our selfishness drives us. In there are lust and fear that motivate to do what may even hurt others now and ourselves later even if such looks appropriate now.
Extraterrestrial influences too are there. Demonic influences and motivations, either by obsessions or possession to control from within in order to do what they have no opportunity of doing by themselves being disembodied.
There also are Divine influences with clear foresight and adequate information to know what ought to be done to arrive at a sure future. Influences through transcribed messages from beyond the physical, sent from the heart of God to instruct and to inform, of which disobedience to them comes with dire consequences.
There also is the realtime instructions of the person of the Holy Spirit which we receive to know what have been freely given to us of God and to reveal to us things to come and hidden wisdom of the present. Not just in our consciousness but majorly in our unconsciousness leading and ordering our thought and steps into divine pleasure and our own peace.
This is where the issue of having to force ourselves to do things comes in. If I am led of the Spirit and even by the Word of scriptures, certain things naturally won't appeal to me. Yet some of these things may look necessary and sometimes even demanded by the environment or society but not receiving motivation from within creates no motivation or enthusiasm to do them, these I can only force myself to do against the inner divine motivation. Same when one is under satanic influence to do good will take all the forces the possessed can muster.
I have always seen reason why waiting for the inspiration from within is necessary. Many a failure have resulted from not waiting and frustration becomes end result. Saul had said he forced himself to do what he did that took away his throne, can we count how many thrones have been lost because we did what we had to do as expected or to protect our status and maintain how we are seen or reputed or to even meet certain standards and obligations?
Meanwhile I haven't seen such flows in getting things done when motivated from within. When led it is through the path of righteousness towards the green pastures and the still waters. We can only force ourselves through the valley of the shadows of death.
So an idea comes to mind and I would love to do it but I am contrained and my reluctance rises like divine standard against an enemy's flood, though the idea looks good I must understand and employ caution. Not every good idea is God idea. Not every opportunity is for good, not every open door leads to a palace many are gates of brass that opens to the courtyards of life's prisons. And when the heart can't match the opportunity or demand with what laws that have been inscribed on its table, it pulls back and drains motivation and inspiration to act even when the potential to do remains available.
That reluctance must never be put down, many times it's a matter of life and death. To you it's time to go but somehow you can't tell why you are still hanging around...just hang around a little more until you have the motivation to go, it'll save life. Wait for inspiration and you won't have to write and then cancel what you wrote a dozen times. When it comes it flows like an open water tap.
But I'm demanded to submit before deadline, yes, the inspiration knows too and is working too with time. Though our time may be different from His time but His time is always best. Don't force yourself to work outside inspiration such albums don't sell. But when it flows it'll flow also in sales. The same inspiration had made sure. It takes care for the success of the project.
Don't speak preacher until the inspiration comes, architect keep scribbling till it comes, the song is coming wait for it Mr. songwriter, salesman, don't just move because it is expected of you to move round to sell...you need the impulse not of laziness but of effectiveness.
Let the push from within complete the work. Let your feet be ordered, let your heart move your hand, you owe no man nothing but success, the world would rather see you succeed than see you hardworking if it produces nothing. Be inspired first and the subsequent move will be for the kill. It is not for today but for the future. Inspiration births eternal things and what we force can only end up in abortion.
I won't let my lust or pride push me, neither would I open the door of my heart for satanic motivations but God's got me. So by His Word and Spirit I live in love, light and holiness. And daily I receive inspiration to do even some things hard to understand of men but wisdom, as Jesus said, is justified by his children. And daily I wait to key into divine program and plan by allowing him to wake me up causing my ear to hear like the learned to speak a word in season to the weary. If I move just because it is expected of me to, I may move into trouble bigger than that which I can bear, but when I wait for the nudge from within I am safe and works in His purpose even if I have to work and walk through fire.
Can you wait for inspiration? It'll surely come. Yes you are full of matter and contrained from within to burst, wait for the right place and time to disburse. Why speak to an audience not ready, didn't Jesus say He had so many things to tell which He couldn't say until the Spirit of inspiration from the Almighty comes? Let them be gathered first, afterwards I shall be called through inspiration to feed the multitude. Then my voice shall be heard at the ends of the earth and in its palaces.

Positive Anger!

Positive Anger! Passion and creativity works together. Inspiration hardly flows outside either anger or joy. Passiveness brings sleep and idles the hands. When the mind isn't challenged, it goes to sleep and drools. When an issue angers you, the sea in the mind rumbles: when mountains rise the bulldozers of the heart roars, man is weak against aggression, he can hardly self-control when provoked, aggression provokes aggression, the pituitary takes no command to pump adrenaline in the face of threat. When I have no sense of fear, I am at rest, prosperity then can be the enemy of greater progress, solutions only respond to problems. Being in agony Jesus prayed more earnestly and man finds it hard to pray until he perceives the need. So problems are motivators, agent of pro-activeness. The mind will wait endlessly till it finds a question to answer. External aggression can be of help, and when it comes it teaches the skill of maintenance and management of status quo. Without them we lose grounds to the enemy and even to friends sometimes without them lifting a finger. But external problems aren't always enough to add new frontiers and set new paces. It takes internal dissatisfaction to move forward. When the body yearns for water, being necessary and inevitable, it searches through speculations until water is found. When a problem explodes within, threatening existence it's time to expand conquered boundaries and move forward. It sometimes looks as if competition brings the best out of us, but not necessarily competing with another but with the possibilities within. When a man discovers what is possible it becomes a problem to the mind, and what is achievable becomes a necessity, from there onwards, he can't live without it. When I get angry by what is possible but not yet, the pituitary lobes respond by pushing adrenaline into my blood stream, to some and sometimes the muscles are triggered to move, but to others the heart pumps the blood to the brain to device a means and wisdom to tackle the trouble. And it never fails. And when it fails, the mind engages the spirit and taps from the omniscient wisdom of the Spirit. It never ever fails. So what angers you? Nothing? Then let what is possible but not yet trigger your angst maybe it can motivate your productivity and performance. One possibility I know is your betterment in what you are called to do. Let that push you into greater performance. Anger management is crucial. I must get tired of getting angry over mundane things and channel my annoyance towards being all I can be. Why should I be angry against another person for what such have said? Rather I'll let my anger push me into better performance. I'll react by dealing with my idleness. Nothing moves until it is moved. The fire in the engine moves it. The fire within us moves us. But does the fire dictate the direction? But our motives and desires channel a course for our passion. Let then the passion be for productivity and not for vanity and the direction of anger be for betterment. Let not your anger lead you to sin, when it can build up why let it destroy? So I lead my anger from now and I won't let it lead. Anger and passion can be good followers but their leadership skill is very much in doubt. They are hot but blind and whenever they lead it is into an accident mostly fatal. I can be provoked into love and love edifies. I can be provoked into doing good and what's better than that. When you have mapped out the source of your provocations you can clearly see what you are wired to change. The purpose of a man may be hidden in his anger. When next you are angry ask yourself why and you won't be far from fulfilling reason. What change can my anger provoke? What length can my passion make me go on the path of righteousness? When I have the answer, then I know where I'm heading. When leadership angers you, inside you is locked up leadership solutions...dig them out and raise better leaders. If poverty angers you, inside of you is laid treasures that would make many rich...search them out. If sufferings anger you, inside of you lies wisdom to bring succor to many. If illiteracy angers you, somewhere in you is the way to bring learning to many. If hunger angers you...I am sure silos are within you to feed the world. So I realize that anger is the treasure within expressing its frustration for lack of exposure. Trace back your anger and you'll find a treasure. Anger is for change, positive change and that's why God left the anger thing in us and we shouldn't abuse it. Anger is for creativity, creativity is change. Let your passion change you status quo, use anger to power your purpose. Use it well and you'll never feel bad again by your anger! Let this make sense and share. To the Pure!

To the pure!
My thinking is filled with matters and issues bubble up on my mind like boiling viscous mud. I think of the perspectives of men. How we see things. I have heard of the half filled and the half empty cup. It is half filled to one and half empty to another. I read about a country that once was and the particular author who expressed his dilemma in interpreting the logo of the country, was it a rising sun or a setting sun? They both are alike except you were there when and where the picture was taken. But in a picture it's all about the way you see it. Setting sun or rising sun both are same and right when seen from a picture and its interpreted depending on the state of the mind.
The mind process the information the senses bring but never so sincerely, rather it sieves each through preconceptions of past experiences for interpretation. If my mind is pure, even impure things don't look so bad, and if I'm impure, nothing makes good things worse.
So I watch against things that defile. Once I'm contaminated the little leaven leavens the whole lump and the speck in my eyes becloud any other thing in my sight.
Once defiled with failure no idea can work around me, all I see is why it won't work. When defiled with insecurity everyone becomes an enemy and the accolades of true friends become dirge of hypocrisy and only sycophants works their way in. After all the most difficult to wake are either the dead or the pretender, the sincere wakes up as called.  When a mind is defiled by poverty, nothing is ever enough and one would hardly take notice of being stingy. When sin defiles the mind even the most righteous act can bring condemnation; its all about the rising or the setting sun.
So when I see white I must make sure I'm truly seeing white. When I hear a compliment it is better I read no meaning beyond someone's appreciation. When I see evil I should give positive benefit of the doubt. What good is it if I see everyone in a bad light and every comment as being against me? What good is in my seeing error in everything everyone does? Why should I see failure and problems instead of solutions and success? I want to see the sun rising even if it's setting because it'll rise again tomorrow.  I want to see life in the dead because of the reality of resurrection. I want to see good in what everyone does since good supersede evil and all things eventually work out for my good. So I see good in the evil I have no power or authority to change. My faith changes things. I want to be the pure to whom all things are pure and not the defiled to whom nothing is pure. I keep my heart with all diligence, close my eyes to the evil and my ears to the sneers, the scorns and the insults and  listen only to the opinions of my Maker of me, of the people, the places and the events around me. What man judges aright? Except One who knows all things and all hearts before whom we either stand or fall? So I laugh at the judge and take conclusions with a pinch of salt and in good faith, since he's not God his error isn't out of place. But I keep my heart in sincerity and simplicity almost to naivety. I refuse to deceive myself with any sense of personal wisdom, staying at the learning post is best for me. I let the winds and the wings of God carry me to where He deems fit. I've told Him I'm all His and so to me I see all things pure and I try to respond to each as it's creator would...I only try while still being human. Try it!

Marital Passmark

Marital Passmark
It's good to remind ourselves that pass mark in marriage isn't achieved just by marrying a God given wife or husband. Yes, marrying a God given spouse is foundation for a successful life and marriage but it never excludes the obedience required of us towards God concerning day to day living with each other and our children.
Three-fold cord that can't be broken includes the couple and God. Maintaining that relationship with one another and then with God is paramount.  When we despise the relationship with God we open up that empty space for other spirits to occupy or usurp, which was what happened with Adam and Eve, they excluded God and Satan took the space and messed up their generations. We must put God first place in our homes, he must be the head of the family and a permanent resident in the family. He is the Head, Jesus Christ the assistant before the man and his wife...we must give Him and His Son their places and preeminence. His principles and not our cultural preferences should be exalted and daily followed. He should be the one we first report issues to and not our earthly parents, we should maintain oneness just as He is one with His Son, we should live with each other in perfect oneness just as The Father and The Son are one. Just as Jesus Christ is the head of the church husbands must be such a head to their wives. He laid down His life for the church and so must husbands be, He won't ever lay a charge against the church and He would forgive quickly and as incompatible as we are He makes us qualified to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light...we must lear to follow His principles in the way we run our marriages and so we can continue in that spirit that helped us to choose right in the first place. It's good we constantly remind ourselves these things and so strengthen and encourage ourselves in righteousness!

Why This Friday is Good!

Thursday was moody and Friday good and then Easter was made Sunday, the day of the firstfruit of the resurrection.
Why is this Friday good? On that faithful day, Jesus, the Son of God sent into the world to save mankind that has been lost to its Creator was crucified. He was executed not for His own sin but for the sin of the whole world and mankind.
He came into the world as prophesied but not as expected. The Jews expected a physical revolutionary, a warrior who will deliver them from a physical situation, but God had in mind dealing with the spiritual root of our earthly problems instead. He sent One who will confront the ultimate enemy and settle the situation eternally. But that wasn't the expectation and so they wouldn't believe. Their unbelieving triggered hatred and so their princes and priests influencing the Roman governors slew Him.
He was arrested and punished for non existent offenses and was rejected and condemned to death instead of another who was a deserving criminal. But all for a purpose because without the shedding of blood there won't be a remission of sins. And not any blood but uncontaminated blood. Can't be of bulls and of goats but of mankind. Yet mankind's blood has been polluted by the forbidden fruit, it then has to be one unconnected to Adam whose blood must be shed to pay for mankind's sins. That puts God, who has no options than to do it Himself, to make a new body with new blood that won't mix with the blood of mankind already polluted. So make the body and implant it in the womb of a virgin to feed till given birth to. That's why the blood of foetus wasn't designed to mix with that of the mother. So Mary had to carry the new Adam with a new blood clean like that of the lamb of sacrifice. He is the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the whole world. That is the reason for the virgin birth.
And when the time came for the seed of the woman to crush the head of the serpent, the serpent too must bruise His heel. All thay happened till that Friday was the bruises of the serpent and crushing of it's head.
And so He bruises the head of the serpent so hard that He spoilt principalities and powers, making an open shew of them and triumphing over them in it. If they had known the result of the battle that created good Friday they won't have crucified the Lord of glory. They didn't and so they shed His blood that redeemed mankind from their hold, they didn't and so they made of his flesh stripes that healed us and took away the world's sicknesses and diseases. They took chastised Him to bring peace to us, and killed the young lamb for the longevity of mankind, in the process all His earthly possessions were looted and not even a piece of clothing was left on His back, that which couldn't be shredded and shared, lots were cast on to determine who would have it and he was made poor to the point of nakedness, hunger and such thirsts that couldn't find ordinary water but vinegar to quench; He was made poor so that we might be rich. He bore the shame in its height and maximum form so that we can have that glory that 'excelleth'.
He allowed them, and they wondered why, saying 'You saved others why not save yourself?' Physician heal now thyself, they didn't know He was healing us all. It was a matter of course to forgive the people enjoying the show because the whole sacrifice was for forgiveness.
He left them to do whatever they felt they could do, He.was their powerless prey and game they were the triumphant hunters yet the thoughtful amongst them wondered, 'Isn't this the man who did such incredible miracles, proving He was the Son of God?' That curiosity almost killed the cat when they told Him but.you called yourself the Son of God?' He knew what He was doing. But not as a masochist who wouldn't recognise pain or a suicide bomber who took pleasue in unttimely death, He had to endure only for the joy set before Him and was reminded of the throne a few days ahead by the crown of thorns and the inscription upon his cross. He endured and at a point the experience got to Him, afterall He was man too, partaking of man's flesh and body for the reason of that Friday's death. The experience got to Him, the sin He carried got to Him having never sinned, the separation from His Father got to Him, a thing He had never experienced since eternity in the bossom of the Father, He cried out for it, though it was part of the plan from the foundation of the world...'My Father, My Father why hast thou forsaken me?' The Father didn't say a word, He too was experiencing that for the first time but it would still be over. The price for the salvation of this project would soon be paid and He would soon set out to paradise to set free those whose consciences and laws had helped in times past to live for God and wait for their salvation. He would soon lead them triumphantly out of the bondage of paradise to the new tabernacle in heaven to be with Christ on Sunday. So the Father let it be.
And so on it went on that Friday on the tree where He was fulfilling a curse for us all and trading it for the blessing of Abraham through Christ. He was giving birth to the Gentiles and paying for their place in the inheritance and lineage. Cursed is anyone who hung on a tree and so was made a curse for us to bring in the blessing. I can now call Abraham my Father and claim the benefit of the blessing that had been released for every family in the world which the Jew/Gentile dichotomy has kept away since Genesis. So He hung up there waiting and enduring till that very moment of completion. When the old will give way to the newly purchased, when the price would have been paid and credited to the recipient's account, He awaited the alert in the connection of His heart to the heavenly courts of justice and the wait was as if it will be forever. He waited for the moment when the way to the Holy of Holy will be made open to all and sundry, great and small, Levites and laymen, Jews and Gentiles, men and women, young and old, lame or whole, noble or base; a liberty long longed for!
But the moment finally came and the alert sounded like an alarm, this dark Friday has become good as He shouted 'IT IS FINISHED!' The innumerable company of angels waiting since eternity couldn't hold themselves. The battle with a third of them led by the archangel, Lucifer is finally won and his reign over the exalted project of God is finally over. The exchange is done the price is paid and it is finished. Instantly they moved into action, the first point of call was the temple, a horrible testimony of the separation between man and God through that curtain that won't even permit even the innocent air to move from the holy place to the holy of holies and would keep even the highest priest out except for a day in a year and that at a high risk of not coming out; the iron curtain, none of the prophets ever entered in, no king, even the sweet psalmist of Israel, the man after God's heart and the only king who wore the ephod would not ever dare to go near, it was the Holiest of all, lit only by the shekina glory of God. But all that waited till that faithful and good Friday, today in history that changed the world and reunite man with His God. Instantly after the announcement of the Head of all angelic principalities and powers, the angels swooped upon the temple and the curtain as high as it was with man and as thick as it was like a wall was torn from top to bottom and the secret of generatons was laid bare just as the secret of men's heart shall be laid out on the very last day.
With earth shaking visit and their multitudes covering the Sun to cast darkness upon the earth the angelic extraterrestrial aliens stormed the world rejoicing the completion of the second part of this redemptive project that started in the garden.
There the moody Thursday in the garden of Gethsemane was turned to a good Friday of total exchange of man's depravity with the joy of redemption and salvation. And who won't rejoice!
They knew that the sprinkling of the heavenly inner chambers with the freshly shed blood by the new crowned High Priest would now be mere formality, the deed is already done! And the sacrifice is already accepted and the resurrection now becomes compulsory only for the waiting. The Father too waits.
So early Sunday morning He rose in transit but just the first physical part, permitted Mary Magdalene to see but not to touch because the first ascension was yet to happen, He was on His way to sprinkle His own blood as our forerunner in the heavenly Holy of Holies, nobody should touch Him now. But the resurrection is done, the powers against the plan defeated once more, remaining one more time. The Father has released the prepared force to do so by the power of the Holy Spirit, quickening His body and healing off the pains and enduing the flesh no more with blood but with His own glory. The New glorified body has gone on its first exploration, someday everyone will have that and they'll not be limited anymore by the forces of nature, they can then physically travel between the physical and the spiritual through the new improved redeemed and glorified universal indestructible suit. It eventually took its flight with Christ at the final ascension to the right hand of the Father and no power was able to stop Him, all of them having made His footstool. There He waits as our new High Priest after the order of Melchisedec, and endless priesthood for our sake. Now He can save us to the uttermost being ever alive to make intercession for us based on the finished work as we identify and see ourselves in the suffering, death, resurrection, ascension and enthronement of the Christ. It's all for you and I, it isn't for nothing but for love from the heart of the Father to us all through His Son!
Let's join the hosts of heaven this weekend to celebrate and appropriate through faith all that the Father, His Son and His Holy Spirit has done in our redemption.  Happy Easter from the family and yours sincere servant!
