Testing for a True Christian Vision
A True vision is proven if it acknowledges the big picture: (the big picture is one that sees the body of Christ in its entirety, non denominational, non sectional, non sectarian picture. It accommodates all that name the name of Christ, all the ministries so ordained by the grace and the anointing of the Holy Spirit.) No vision should be myopic or narrow minded.
A vision is tested so if it sees the ultimate vision. The ultimate vision is that which sees the extent to which Christ sees...the vision of God that all should come to the knowledge of Christ and be conformed to God's own image. If all a person sees in his or her vision is the largeness of congregation and the money and the institutions built out of the gifts of God upon him then the vision is mere imagination or hallucinations which may have become a stronghold or high thought that exalts self against the knowledge of God.
A vision from God can't see only self, and can't focus just on temporal things....
